Hershovitz provides guidance and legal counsel relating to campaign finance, ethics rules and investigations, and the conduct of elections. Hershovitz has successfully represented clients before Georgia’s State Ethics Commission and persuaded the Georgia Supreme Court to overturn a statewide election in what was the first successful statewide election challenge in U.S. history (Mead v. Sheffield, 601 S.E.2d 99 (Ga. 2004)).
